Zitec is part of the jury and will award the most innovative solutions in the web at DevWorld 2009 festival.
The most talented developers of web applications are competing for the DevWorld 2009 great prize, in a contest organized by IDG Romania and arbitrated by a jury of leaders in information technology.
Organized under the patronage of IDG Romania, DevWorld 2009 starts a series of events dedicated to the web applications developers and designers community, through which they can initiate a dialogue with representatives of the most important companies in the industry. The event will include a series of presentations of the evolution of web technologies, workshops, and an on-line design contest, known as the DevWorld Awards. The most remarkable on-line initiative will obtain the great prize DevWorld 2009 and the winner company will benefit from free consultancy on development, design or business from members of the jury, as well as media support from IDG Romania.
10 finalists will be selected out of the 26 projects eligible entries and they will present their projects during the event. Zitec, one of the most important Romanian companies involved in developing on-line complex applications, will play an important part in the jury’s decision.

However, Zitec’s involvement does not stop here. Besides arbitration of DevWorld Awards competition, the company will provide free consulting in development and web design for the winning project. DevWorld will take place on 11 May 2009 at the Hilton Hotel, Bucharest.
